We align on expectations and gather your details
We'll agree on scope — a revamp means we refresh your style, design, and layout, and tidy up copy if you provide it. We don't write copy from scratch, but we'll sharpen what you have.
We'll show you design inspiration and template examples to understand your taste. We'll also share our discovery form — the more detail you provide, the better your site will be.

We quote the cost
Based on your discovery form and our conversation, we'll put together a clear, itemised quote. No hidden fees, no ambiguity — just an honest price for exactly what you need.
Build & review
We build your site and present it on a second call
Using AI-assisted design, we build your new site based on everything you've told us. Then we walk through it together on another video call — you tell us what's not quite right, and we refine it.
Final delivery
You're satisfied, or you pay nothing
Once you're happy with the result, we hand everything over — clean, ready to publish. If at this stage the site still isn't what you were hoping for, we part ways with no charge to you.
